Nesters charge such a low fee because we swap expensive commission rates with tools that streamline the real estate process.

Download the Nesters app, complete our quick onboarding process, and select the home you wish to see. From here, tap on the “Request Showing” button at the bottom of the listing screen and select the day and time that you’d like to see the home. Once the seller confirms your appointment, you’ll receive a notification that it has been set up and one of our friendly staff will always be on standby to help.
Get started by downloading the Nesters app. The app will ask you a few questions designed to verify your identity and address and then it asks you to provide the address of the home you wish to sell.
Nesters will then ask you to type in only the basic information about your home, and at least one photo. Once this simple process is complete, the app delivers a beautifully formatted, professional listing. Nesters will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a professional photographer and arrange for one of our expert professionals to meet with you before your listing goes live to the leading real estate portals and your marketing campaign starts.
Once you’ve signed the listing authority and paid your personalised marketing advertising, Nesters will arrange professional photography of your home and create a sales board and advertising campaign. Your listing will then appear on all the major real estate websites and social media. The minimum marketing package also includes flyers, a social media campaign, and a letterbox drop of the suburbs surrounding your home. The optional additions like virtual tours and 3D floor plans will go even further to sell your home.
